SHIPPING

Ciberia.shop ships worldwide.

Our shipments in Denmark are send with DAO or POSTNORD from our Danish warehouse.
All shipping outside Denmark is send with either GLS or UPS.  

When the order is made the customer will receive an order number.

We cannot guarantee the exact shipping time, but we strive to do it as fast as possible.

If the package or content should be damaged in any way when it arrives to the customer, the customer must report it to the delivery courier immediately or no later than two days after.

Ciberia.shop is not responsible for packages that are damaged.
Shipments will always be packed carefully by us.

The delivery time in Denmark is between 3-5 days excluding public holidays.
Other European countries 7-10 days. Outside the EU the delivery time varies, but we strive for 10-14 days. Delivery time is only indicative as it may vary from country to country.

Ciberia.shop cannot be held responsible for both shipping delays or other events when the order has left our Danish warehouse.

All prices are including tax in Denmark. Orders to other countries may be imposed with local taxes/import duties. Foreign customers are responsible themselves for contacting their local customs for the exact import rules, if this is requested.
